Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Automation) and/or Business.
• 10+ years of international sourcing experience in industrial or engineered-to-order environments.
• Proven expertise in Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, SRM, supplier and contract management.
• Experience managing procurement for complex projects within matrix organizations.
• Strategic, results-driven mindset with strong communication; fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy strategies to optimize total cost of ownership across identified categories.
• Own and execute sourcing strategies; lead supplier negotiations and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Operations, Engineering and Business to meet milestones.
• Apply Total Delivered Cost methods to build best-in-class supply that meets company goals.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships to create organizational value.
