NTU International is a leading consulting firm providing programme management and advisory services for development projects globally. We are seeking a motivated recruiter to identify and engage international experts for EU-funded tenders, coordinating with project teams to develop competitive proposals.

You will leverage platforms like LinkedIn, Devex and DevelopmentAid, negotiate terms, and ensure rigorous evaluation of candidates in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Business Management, International Relations or related fields.
• At least 3 years of recruitment experience for EU, WB, ADB, EIB funded tenders.
• Familiarity with EC framework contracts.
• Ability to identify, evaluate and engage international experts.
• Experience using platforms such as LinkedIn, Devex, DevelopmentAid.
• Able to work in a fast-paced commercial environment with deadlines.
• Great teamwork and strong independent drive, goal orientation.
• Structured and organized mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Understanding the specific requirements of EU-funded projects, including thematic areas, expertise levels, and geographic scope.
• Sourcing of experts for current and future projects
• Utilizing various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, expert databases,etc.) to find suitable candidates.
• Negotiation of contracts and agreements with experts
• Coordinating communication between experts and project teams for proposal development.

Qualifications and skills:

• A master’s degree in Business Management, International Relations or any other relevant fields;
• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment of experts for EU, WB, ADB, EIB funded tenders; negotiation with expert and preparation of CVs
• Familiarity with EC framework contracts
• Ability to identify, evaluate, and engage international experts
• Experience using platforms such as LinkedIn, Devex, DevelopmentAid, etc.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced commercial environment with many deadlines
• Great teamworking
• Strong independent drive, goal orientation and an eye for detail
• A structured and organized mindset with an excellent ability to work under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Power Point).

Language and skills:

• Fluency in oral and written English (at least C1 level)
• Fluency in oral and written French would be an advantage
