Bluecrux in Spain is seeking a Sourcing & Procurement Process Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of procurement transformation projects and drive data-driven initiatives. You will manage a team of consultants, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to business development across global engagements.

The role blends hands-on delivery with leadership, with opportunities to expand into new markets and travel to client sites as part of a flexible hybrid work model.

Formación

• 5–10 years in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain consulting
• Proven project or workstream lead with hands-on delivery
• Expertise in sourcing and procurement process design
• Experience in data analytics projects
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams
• Exposure to business development or consulting sales
• Experience with SAP Ariba, BlueYonder or similar tools
• Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and delivery skills
• Willingness to travel globally and work in a hybrid model

Responsabilidades
