Job summary

Allianz Group is expanding the Allianz Security Operations Center (ASOC) to provide 24/7 threat intelligence, incident response, travel security and crisis management. Reporting to the ASOC Lead, the Operational Lead will turn intelligence into disciplined operational action and supervise officers across multiple hubs.

The role requires a Master’s in security management and 8+ years in security operations, with strong leadership, stakeholder management, and capability to perform under pressure

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in security management, emergency management, or related field.
• 8+ years in physical security, incident and crisis management with regional/global leadership.
• Proven leadership of 24/7 security operations centers or control rooms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate threat and incident management using intelligence and priorities.
• Develop, manage and mentor a team of operational officers across multiple hubs.
• Develop and improve ASOC threat and incident management processes and standards.
• Manage day-to-day ASOC operations, shift scheduling, triage, escalation and reporting.
• Lead responses to threats and incidents and coordinate with crisis management teams.
• Build relationships with global stakeholders and internal teams.
• Drive automation and AI-enabled workflows to enhance ASOC efficiency.
