Olympic Channel Services in Madrid is seeking an SEO professional for a maternity cover to strengthen our content search and AI visibility across global and local markets. You will collaborate with our editorial, agencies, IOC partners and corporate comms to drive sustainable traffic growth and channel optimization.

You will lead KPI development, coordinate with localisation teams, and optimize Olympic YouTube content while aligning with social media strategies.

Formación

• Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications or related field.
• 4–7 years in SEO and digital content with focus on content marketing.
• Experience with SEO platforms: Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs.
• Strong English communication; thrive in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Experience working with partners and in local markets with cultural context.
• Project management skills to guide cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of current organic search trends and digital ecosystems.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate to deliver digital engagement capabilities: SEO, content marketing strategy, and web/app engagement.
• Develop annual content search KPIs and targets for growth.
• Maintain long-term global Organic Search Content strategy across markets and languages.
• Increase search share and visibility of the Olympic Brand.
• Partner with editorial, corporate comms and social teams to drive optimization and engagement.
• Coordinate with Organising Committees to align SEO content strategy and avoid cannibalisation.
• Co-create SEO content calendars and local market SEO strategy.
• Guide Localisation Team to ensure high content optimization standards.
• Enhance video content optimization for Olympic YouTube Channel.
• Work with social media to reflect SEO insights and promote content.
• Support integration of SEO KPI tracking with Data & Analytics.
• Track, report and analyze SEO content performance.
