NielsenIQ is seeking a Global Process Owner for sales processes to shape end-to-end Lead-to-Order and Quote-to-Cash across a global commercial organization. You will drive simplification, harmonization, and integration of sales processes, ensuring scalability and alignment with the commercial strategy.

Formación

  • 8–10 years of global sales process ownership experience.
  • Experience implementing CRM processes globally.
  • Knowledge of MEDDICC, Challenger, SPIN, BANT.
  • Familiarity with modern process modeling techniques.
  • CRM domain expertise including Sales Cloud and CPQ.

As a Global Process Owner (Sales Process), you will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing the end-to-end sales process (Lead-to-Order / Quote-to-Cash) across our global commercial organization. This strategic position is responsible for driving simplification, harmonization, and integration of sales processes, ensuring they are scalable, standardized, and aligned with our commercial strategy.

You will report to the Lead Sales Process Owner (Head of Sales Process), and work closely with other process owners, product owners, technical business analysts, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver a seamless digital sales experience that enhances seller productivity, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Your key responsibilities :
  • Process ownership & Governance: Lead the design, optimization, and governance of global sales processes and policies, ensuring alignment with business goals and scalability across regions.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Commercial Operations, Finance, IT, and external vendors to define and maintain the technology roadmap for digital sales transformation.
  • Process simplification and standardisation: Harmonize and reduce complexity in customer-centric workflows to deliver consistent and integrated sales processesacross regions and segments.
  • Sales enablement: Drive improvements in seller efficiency and customer experience through process and platform optimization,with a focus on improving seller efficiency, customer experience, and operational effectiveness.
  • Process design expertise: Apply advanced methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) to engineer high-performing processes that reflect real-world selling dynamics andto deliver measurable improvements in process performance and business outcomes.
  • Change Management: Support training and change initiatives to embed new processes into the business effectively.
Measures of success :
  • Clearly defined and documented global sales processes and supporting technical architecture.
  • Full business alignment on target state and supporting tools.
  • Successful adoption and embedding of new processes through change and training initiatives.
Your profile :
  • Proven experience range between 8 or 10 years in global sales process ownership and optimization across the L2O or L2C domain.
  • Knowledge of leading sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC, Challenger, SPIN, BANT).
  • Demonstrated success in implementing consistent CRM processes globally.
  • Familiarity with modern process modeling techniques (e.g., design thinking, storyboarding).
  • Ability to assess and manage the impact of process automation on sales teams.
  • Deep CRM domain expertise, including Sales Cloud, CPQ, incentive compensation, analytics, contract lifecycle management, and more.
  • Commitment to aligning practices with industry best standards.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influence across diverse, global teams.
  • Ability to build consensus and drive execution in ambiguous environments.
  • Delivery-focused with a track record of translating business requirements into actionable outcomes.
What we offer :
  • 48 100 to 68 500 euros gross per year. Placement within the range will depend on objective criteria including experience, skills, and internal equity considerations. We are committed to equal pay and pay transparency. Remuneration decisions are made using gender-neutral and objective criteria
