NIQ is seeking a Global Process Owner for Sales to shape end-to-end Lead-to-Order and Quote-to-Cash processes across our global organization. You will drive simplification, harmonization, and integration of sales workflows to deliver a seamless digital sales experience that boosts seller productivity and customer satisfaction.
The role reports to the Head of Sales Process and requires 8–10 years of global sales process ownership plus deep CRM expertise (Sales Cloud, CPQ).
About the role :
As a Global Process Owner (Sales Process), you will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing the end-to-end sales process (Lead-to-Order / Quote-to-Cash) across our global commercial organization. This strategic position is responsible for driving simplification, harmonization, and integration of sales processes, ensuring they are scalable, standardized, and aligned with our commercial strategy.
You will report to the Lead Sales Process Owner (Head of Sales Process), and work closely with other process owners, product owners, technical business analysts, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver a seamless digital sales experience that enhances seller productivity, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
