Job summary

medmix is seeking a hands-on Global Sales & Operations Planner to own end-to-end S&OP rhythm. You will consolidate demand, align supply and inventory, and drive decision-ready scenarios balancing service, cost, and cash.

Lead the monthly Demand Review, manage the S&OP calendar, and coordinate with Supply Planning and S&OE to mitigate shortages and service risks. Fluent in English and Spanish; SAP/Hydra knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field.
• 3+ years in S&OP, Demand/Supply Planning, or Operations Planning.
• Strong analytics and scenario planning; proficient with BI tools and Excel.
• Working knowledge of SAP; Hydra a plus; familiar with KPI improvement methods.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly Demand Review; own forecast baseline, bias/deviation checks and demand KPIs.
• Own the S&OP calendar from analysis to Executive S&OP; prepare materials, facilitate reviews, document actions.
• Align supply and inventory with the approved demand plan; coordinate with Supply Planning and S&OE to mitigate shortages and service risks.
• Govern planning parameters in SAP/Hydra; run periodic reviews and audits.
• Manage inventory health (slow-moving, excess, obsolescence); support product lifecycle transitions.
• Build S&OP dashboards and automate reporting; develop capacity and risk/opportunity scenarios with clear recommendations.
• Lead improvement projects in Supply Chain.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the monthly Demand Review; own the forecast baseline, bias/deviation checks, and demand KPIs (FA, Bias, FVA)
• Own the S&OP calendar from analysis to Executive S&OP; prepare materials, facilitate reviews, document actions, and ensure on‑time inputs
• Align supply and inventory with the approved demand plan; coordinate with Supply Planning and S&OE to mitigate shortages, overloads, and service risks
• Govern planning parameters in SAP/Hydra (safety stock, MOQ, lead times); run periodic reviews and audits
• Manage inventory health (slow‑moving, excess, obsolescence); support product lifecycle transitions
• Build S&OP dashboards and automate reporting; develop capacity and risk/opportunity scenarios with clear recommendations
• Lead improvement projects in Supply Chain

Qualifications:

• Masters or Bachelors degree in Supply Chain or related field
• Several years of experience (at least 3+ years) in S&OP, Demand/Supply Planning, or Operations Planning
• Strong analytics and scenario planning skills; proficiency with BI tools and Excel
• Working knowledge of SAP (Hydra a plus) and planning parameters
• Familiarity with KPI improvement methods and data governance
• Confident facilitator with crisp communication and follow‑through
• Fluent in English and Spanish
