Job summary

Galderma is seeking a Global Quality Project Manager to lead a strategic QMS transformation across the organization. The role involves coordinating end-to-end modernization, ensuring ISO/GxP compliance, and driving digitalization for a more agile quality function.

The successful candidate will manage scope, milestones, risks, and budgets, while guiding global teams and stakeholders through change and deployment of new processes and technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field.
• 10+ years of project management experience in Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Operations or R&D.
• Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives in regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a strategic, end-to-end QMS transformation across the business.
• Plan and manage project scope, milestones, risks, governance, dependencies, and budget.
• Provide strategic advice to management to embed quality and compliance objectives.
• Conduct current-state analyses including maturity assessments and gap identification.
• Ensure future-state QMS aligns with ISO, GxP and regulatory expectations.
• Oversee transformation activities: process redesign, documentation reduction, and technology deployment.
• Coordinate cross-functional, cross-regional teams for global/local execution.
• Lead change management: stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and readiness assessments.
• Support global site rollout for scalable and easy-to-implement solutions.
• Define and monitor KPIs: efficiency, documentation reduction, compliance, and productivity.

We are looking for a Global Quality Project Manager to join our organization at a time of ambitious and significant growth. In this highly visible role, you will coordinate a strategic, end-to-end Quality Management System (QMS) transformation, helping reshape how Quality operates across the business. From simplifying and harmonizing processes to driving digitalization and operational excellence, you will play a pivotal role in building a more agile, efficient, and best-in-class Quality organization.

• Ensure execution of the full QMS Simplification and Harmonization Roadmap, from diagnostic and design through global implementation and sustainment.
• Plan and manage project scope, milestones, risks, governance, dependencies, and budget.
• Provide strategic advise to management to ensure Quality and compliance objectives are fully embedded throughout project phases.
• Secure conduction of current-state analyses including maturity assessments, process mapping, architecture reviews, and gap identification.
• Ensure that the future-state QMS is aligned with ISO standards, GxP principles, and regulatory expectations.
• Oversee transformation activities including process cleanup, hierarchy and workflow redesign, documentation reduction, and technology deployment.
• Coordinate cross-functional, cross-regional teams on global and local level to ensure timely and effective execution of all program activities.
• Lead change management efforts: stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and change readiness assessments.
• Support global site rollout to ensure solutions are consistent, scalable, and easy to implement.
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure impact (efficiency, documentation reduction, compliance outcomes, productivity).

Требования

• Bachelor's degree in science, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of project management experience in Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Operations, or R&D.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives, preferably in regulated industries (pharma, biotech, cosmetics, medical devices).
• Strong knowledge of QMS frameworks (ISO, GxP), document management, and quality processes.
• Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to translate vision into action and drive change across complex global organizations.
• Used to working autonomously, challenge the status quo, have a 'can-do' attitude and drive change by using creative ways of doing.
• English fluent written and oral, other spoken languages are an asset.
