Quaker Houghton is seeking a Global Quality Assurance Director to lead the development and continuous improvement of our Quality programs aligned with strategic growth. You will supervise regional QA teams across the Americas, APAC and EMEA, ensuring certifications and compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and related standards.

You will report to the Global EHS & QA Sr Director and drive a high‑impact continuous improvement culture while coordinating audits and training across a matrix

• Proven experience leading Quality Management Systems in a global, multi-site manufacturing environment.
