Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Director, Global Public Affairs to drive multichannel public affairs strategies across Oncology, Immunology, or Neuroscience within Innovative Medicine.

This hybrid role is based in the U.S. with locations including Titusville, NJ; Raritan, NJ; New Brunswick, NJ; Spring House, PA, with additional EU locations possible. Travel up to 25% to engage stakeholders and policy makers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience in public affairs, policy communications, or advocacy.
• Strong writing and messaging skills; ability to engage executives.

Responsibilities

• Build multichannel public affairs plans to drive external engagement.
• Advise Therapeutic Area leadership on policy and advocacy.
• Develop relationships with policy influencers and coalitions.
• Monitor policy landscape including pricing and access.
• Collaborate with communications, government affairs, and patient access teams.
• Support executive visibility through speaking engagements and media.
