Flight Centre Travel Group (FCM) is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead a global team and embed a Product Management mindset across Europe first, then globally. You will drive Agile/Scrum adoption, define a clear vision for Compleat, and align with the Order Management automation strategy, roadmaps, and long-term technology goals.

You will monitor automation platforms, transition Compleat from regional operations to a globally governed product, and partner with multiple Product Teams

Formación

• Minimum 5 years in Product Management
• Expertise in SAP Compleat or Similar automation systems
• Prior experience in travel industry with OBT and GDS knowledge
• Experience transforming a team into a Product Culture
• Experience managing a product through a platform transition
• Understanding of travel agent processes and workflows
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in English

Responsabilidades

• Define the Automation Strategy and Vision for Compleat within the company.
• Determine core automation processes for Compleat.
• Track evolution of automation system and adjust strategy as landscape changes.
• Transform the team into a true Product Team with agile methodologies.
• Coordinate with other Product Teams; manage roadmaps, sprints and feedback.
• Identify team needs and solutions to achieve goals.
• Lead a global team across regions (USA, Europe, Asia).
• Own and develop the Product Roadmap and priorities.
• Integrate requirements from other Product Teams and stakeholders.
• Mitigate risks in product development and integration.
