Job summary

Nordex seeks a Senior Power Platform & Data Solutions Lead to evolve the MS Power Platform and data solutions for global Engineering projects. You will design, model data, automate processes and deliver BI insights while leading cross‑functional digitalization efforts.

The role requires strong technical leadership, 5–7 years in related fields, and fluency in English. Spanish/German skills are a plus, with international collaboration across Spain, Germany, India and other locations.

Qualifications

5–7 years of experience in business applications, data analytics or BI, incl. 3+ years with Power Platform.
Strong end‑to‑end design, development and deployment of Power Platform solutions.
Microsoft certifications related to Power Platform/Azure/Data/AI are advantageous.

Responsibilities

Maintain, support and improve Power Platform apps, automations and reporting.
Lead implementation of digitalization initiatives across Engineering and other functions.
Model Dataverse data, govern data, and integrate with ERP/PLM and Planner Premium.
Automate processes with Power Automate and build Power BI semantic models.
Collaborate with global stakeholders, provide guidance and training as needed.
Coordinate external IT service providers to ensure quality and alignment.
