Lotus is seeking a senior business development professional to drive licensing, co-development and strategic partnerships across global markets. You will originate new ideas, manage transactions from initial discussions to signature, and stay involved post-deal.

The role emphasizes market modeling, due diligence, and cross-functional collaboration with R&D, regulatory, manufacturing and finance to shape high-impact deals. Strong English and travel readiness are essential.

Formación

• 5–8 years in the pharmaceutical industry, focused on generics and biosimilars.
• Prior business development experience is non-negotiable and crucial.
• Demonstrable involvement in licensing, supply, co-development or related transactions.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and prioritise licensing, out-licensing and co-development prospects across complex generics and biosimilars.
• Build market models covering sizing, price erosion, share capture and launch timing.
• Represent Lotus at partnering meetings, conferences and discussions with external partners.
• Lead or support negotiation of term sheets, LOIs, MOUs and definitive agreements.
