Joveo is seeking a Senior Associate (Partnerships Manager) to own the supply partnerships that power a global AI-driven recruitment platform. You’ll negotiate, launch, and optimize partnerships across markets, driving revenue impact and platform performance from day one.

You’ll work directly with CXOs and cross-functional teams to build scalable supply channels, automate reporting, and deliver measurable growth in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 2+ years in partnerships, supply ops, business operations, or client-facing roles.
• Experience ideally in SaaS, Ad Tech, HR Tech, or recruitment advertising.
• Proven negotiation of commercial terms and closing deals.
• Ability to own and drive a number or KPI end-to-end.
• Strong analytical mindset with comfort in data-driven decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Own relationships that directly impact revenue, reach, and platform performance across global markets.
• Negotiate commercial terms with publishers and drive partner launches.
• Unblock integrations with Product and Tech to enable high-value partners.
• Build automation to reduce manual reporting and increase efficiency.
• Present partner growth roadmap to CXO and secure buy-in.
