Joveo is seeking a Senior Associate (Partnerships Manager) to own the full lifecycle of supply partnerships across global markets. You’ll identify untapped channels, negotiate terms, and launch integrations that drive revenue and platform performance.

In this role you’ll partner with Product, Tech, and CXOs, automate reporting, and present a growth roadmap. Real commercial ownership starts day one at Joveo, where AI powers the future of work.

Formación

• 2+ years in partnerships, supply ops, business operations, or client-facing roles — ideally in SaaS, Ad Tech, HR Tech, or recruitment advertising.
• Negotiated deals and owned a number; you know what it feels like to drive revenue.

Responsabilidades

• Own relationships that impact revenue, reach, and platform performance across global markets.
• Find untapped supply channels, negotiate commercial terms, and launch integrations.
• Collaborate with Product and Tech to unblock integrations for high-value partners.
• Build automation workflows that reduce manual reporting.
• Present partner growth roadmap to CXO and secure buy-in.
• End-to-end ownership from partner discovery to live deployment.
