Joveo is seeking a Senior Associate (Partnerships Manager) to own and scale a global supply partnership program. You will identify untapped channels, negotiate terms, and drive live integrations that deliver candidates across markets.

The role requires owning the end‑to‑end lifecycle from discovery to impact, with direct CXO exposure and cross‑functional collaboration. In this role you will routinely analyze performance, pitch new opportunities, and automate reporting.

Formación

• 2+ years in partnerships, supply ops, business operations, or client‑facing roles.
• Experience negotiating deals and owning metrics, not just supporting.
• Ability to identify patterns in data and move from analysis to action.

Responsabilidades

• Own relationships that impact revenue, reach, and platform performance across global markets.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close partnerships that deliver live results quickly.
• Collaborate with Product and Tech to unblock integrations with high‑value partners.
• Build automation to reduce manual reporting and improve efficiency.
• Present partner growth roadmaps to leadership and execute the plan.
