IFF is seeking an Automation & Process Control lead to standardize and manage the global OT landscape across Taste sites. You will own reference architectures for PLC/DCS, SCADA, and networking, guiding sites to deploy scalable control solutions.

The role is based in Spain, with options across Turkey or Slovenia, and requires hands-on leadership, plus strong documentation and cross-functional collaboration to reduce vendor dependency and improve reliability.

Formación

• Degree in Automation Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in process industries with automation focus.
• Hands-on with PLC/DCS, SCADA/HMI, and OT networks.
• Experience driving global deployments.
• Proficient in English.

Responsabilidades

• Define and govern global standards for process control.
• Drive ISA-95 L1–L2 architecture alignment across sites.
• Support sites in deploying and validating standards.
• Provide remote technical leadership across sites.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to improve reliability.
