Tastepoint by IFF is seeking an Automation & Process Control lead to standardize and manage global process control systems across sites. The candidate should have a degree in Automation Engineering and over 8 years of relevant industry experience.

This role focuses on driving vendor-agnostic standards, ensuring compliance with industrial laws, and modernizing infrastructure. The successful applicant will collaborate with diverse teams to improve reliability and reduce complexity. Full proficiency in English is required, along with strong analytical and leadership skills.

Formación

• Degree in Automation Engineering, Process Control, or related field.
• 8+ years in batch process industries (biotech, food ingredients, specialty chemicals, pharma).
• Strong hands-on experience with PLC/DCS systems and SCADA/HMI platforms.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Own and drive the standardization and architecture of global control systems.
• Act as technical authority for process control and OT infrastructure across sites.
• Identify and prioritize modernization opportunities.
• Support site implementations of global standards.
