Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Network Engineer to design and maintain the global network infrastructure connecting offices, cloud environments, and financial partners. You will build automated, scalable, and secure services enabling fast delivery while meeting regulatory and security standards.

You'll work across WAN/LAN, SD-WAN, and SASE, collaborating with security teams to apply zero-trust principles and integrating systems via APIs. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in network engineering.
• Expertise in Cisco and Fortinet technologies.
• Deep understanding of routing, switching, firewalls and SD-WAN.
• Practical knowledge of SASE platforms like Zscaler or Cloudflare.
• Experience with infrastructure automation using Terraform or Ansible.
• Ability to integrate systems programmatically using APIs.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for critical incidents.
• Excellent communication to explain technical concepts to stakeholders.
• Proactive ownership of complex networks.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Designing and supporting high-availability networks across global offices, Azure/GCP, and financial partners.
• Leading mid-sized projects from planning through deployment and optimization.
• Managing WAN, LAN, SD-WAN, and SASE environments using Cisco, Fortinet, Zscaler, and Cloudflare.
• Optimising global wireless infrastructure and capacity planning.
• Ensuring compliant connectivity to banking partners and regulated environments.
• Driving automation via Terraform and Ansible to standardise configurations.
• Integrating network systems with monitoring and security platforms via APIs.
• Exploring AI-driven solutions to enhance incident response and monitoring.
• Collaborating with security teams to enforce zero-trust and segmentation.
• Managing vendor relationships and SLAs for peak performance.
