Schneider Electric is seeking a Project Manager for Modular Data Centers to lead global, cross-functional teams across design, procurement, production, testing, commissioning, and services enablement.

You will drive cost, quality, lead-time and business performance, ensuring safe handovers to customers and adherence to CPP and Schneider processes. Strong communication and PMP-aligned practices are essential.

Formación

• Master's degree in a technical or industrial field, Electrical Engineering preferred.
• PMP certification desired.
• 2 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Experience in the Data Center segment preferred.
• Advanced MS Project and Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global, cross-functional teams to deliver Modular Data Centers for country-based and global customers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by applying Schneider Electric Quality standards across project execution and product development.
• Optimize project gross margin and monitor budget, lead times, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate communications among customers, Schneider entities, and factories.
• Guide teams through CPP (PMI-based) processes, enforce governance, and ensure on-time delivery.
