A global pharmaceutical company is looking for a Global Medical Excellence & Operations Manager in Barcelona. This role involves driving operational excellence and governance across the Global Medical function. Ideal candidates will have 5-8+ years of experience in Medical Affairs or related fields, a strong educational background in Life Sciences or a related discipline, and a strategic mindset. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English are essential, along with a collaborative approach to working in multicultural environments.

Formación

• 5–8+ years of experience in Medical Affairs, Medical Operations, or Medical Excellence roles within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
• Proven experience in global or matrix environments.
• Strong track record in process design, operational excellence, and change implementation.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and continuously improve global Medical Excellence frameworks.
• Lead global Medical governance processes including planning cycles and resource optimization.
• Support the Global Medical Leadership Team with structured insights and analysis.
• Partner closely with Global Medical leaders and regional teams to enhance alignment.
