Qualifications

• 10+ years in Medical Affairs, Quality and Compliance in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in international/regional or above-country Medical Affairs roles within a complex global organization.
• Leadership across multi-country first-line assurance with risk-based monitoring and internal controls.

Responsabilités

• Lead process effectiveness and first-line monitoring across International Medical Affairs to strengthen consistent, compliant execution.
• Design and evolve monitoring frameworks that identify governance risks, trends, gaps, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Translate monitoring insights into corrective and preventive actions to strengthen processes and ways of working.
• Drive proactive risk management and ensure governance and compliance risks are identified and addressed.
• Strengthen audit and inspection readiness by embedding sustainable processes and clear accountability.
• Partner with country, regional, and functional stakeholders to improve process adoption and operational effectiveness.
