Experience leading governance enablement or organizational transformation across multiple markets.

Shape the governance operating model across International Medical Affairs.
Develop governance resource models translating workload, risk, capacity and capability needs.
Lead recruitment, succession planning, onboarding and transitions for governance roles.
Drive governance transformation roadmaps, measures and adoption across regions.
Champion the use of AI, analytics and digital solutions in governance enablement.
