Puig offers a structured Graduate program designed to launch your early professional career within a family company with an international spirit. You will be assigned to the Consumer Engagement area and gain real responsibility while leading challenging local and international projects.

During a year of rotations and diverse assignments, you will develop knowledge, receive feedback, and grow through learning opportunities.

Formación

• Graduate contract with max three roles after degree.
• Experience: internship or 1-2 years in media innovation and digital consumer experiences.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Marketing, Digital Sciences or Communication.
• Strong interest in media, innovation and digital platforms.
• Good PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Support Global Media Operating Model rollout across regions.
• Coordinate media projects, trackers, timelines and materials.
• Assist in presentations, templates, training materials and reports.
• Consolidate media performance updates and communication across the global media community.
• Collect market feedback, best practices and capability-building opportunities.
• Support operational activities across media creative initiatives.
• Monitor industry trends, innovative formats and best-in-class executions.
• Maintain creative performance trackers and dashboards.
• Assist in analyses, presentations and knowledge-sharing materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive continuous improvement in media creative excellence.
