Puig offers a structured Graduate program designed to launch your early professional career within a family company with an international spirit. You will join the Consumer Engagement area, take on real responsibility from day one, and lead challenging local and international projects while developing your own path filled with adventures.

During a one‑year program, you will be assigned to a functional area with rotations across other functions and locations.

Formación

• Graduates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Sciences or Communication or related field.
• Languages: fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong analytical, organized and collaborative mindset with curiosity.
• Good PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Graduate contract: you cannot have more than three professional experiences after your last degree.

Responsabilidades

• Support Global Media rollout across regions and markets.
• Coordinate media projects, trackers, timelines and materials.
• Assist in presentations, templates, training materials and reports.
• Consolidate media performance updates and support cross‑regional communication.
• Monitor industry trends and maintain trackers across media initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive continuous improvement in media creative excellence.
