Affinity Petcare is seeking a Trainee for the Nature's Variety Global Marketing team in Barcelona. You will support innovation projects, create brand toolkits and marketing content, and perform market research to track brand and competitor performance.

You will join a team that values an international perspective, fluency in English and Spanish, and a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset. A flexible, pet‑friendly office and development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Currently studying a degree in Business, Marketing or similar.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; French valued.
• Interest in brand management and FMCG; marketing internships welcome.
• Good planning, organisation and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support innovation projects and create brand toolkits.
• Co-lead product and packaging changes with design teams.
• Generate marketing content and assets for launches.
• Conduct market research and track performance metrics.
• Prepare internal meetings and manage AP purchase orders.
