Hitachi Energy is seeking a Global Market Analyst to shape growth through data-driven market intelligence. You will transform complex market, customer, and competitor data into actionable insights for strategic decisions across regions, supporting forecasting, scenario planning, and executive reports.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Strategy, Finance, and leaders to deepen expertise in energy markets and advance intelligence capabilities with analytics, automation, and AI for smarter

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Engineering, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in market intelligence, market research, strategy, business analysis, consulting, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and convert data into meaningful business insights.
• Experience building market forecasts, conducting trend analysis, and developing evidence-based recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business intelligence tools such as Power BI; familiarity with data visualization and analytics platforms is an advantage.
• Ability to synthesize large volumes of information and communicate key findings clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional and global environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to create compelling reports, presentations, and executive summaries.
• Curiosity about market dynamics, emerging technologies, and industry trends, with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Experience leveraging analytics, automation, and artificial intelligence tools to enhance research, forecasting, and decision-making processes is desirable.

• Create impactful dashboards, reports, and executive-ready presentations that support data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure market intelligence is accurate, transparent, traceable, and aligned with governance standards.
• Partner with business and regional teams to validate assumptions, challenge perspectives, and strengthen market understanding.
• Advance market intelligence capabilities by leveraging analytics, automation, and artificial intelligence to improve research efficiency, insight generation, and decision-making effectiveness.
