Quadrante is seeking a Head of M&A to lead end-to-end transactions, build internal capabilities, and shape the strategic M&A pipeline across industrial and infrastructure sectors. You will work with the CFO, PE funds, and senior leaders to evaluate opportunities, drive due diligence, and ensure value creation from integration.

The role requires extensive deal experience, strong modeling skills, and a hands-on entrepreneurial mindset in a global, growth-focused environment.

Formación

• 8–12 years of experience in M&A or Corporate Finance.
• Experience leading deals from origination to integration.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Excellent communication with executives and investors.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end M&A processes from origination to post-merger integration.
• Build and govern internal M&A capabilities, processes, and governance.
• Develop and maintain a strategic pipeline of acquisition targets.
• Partner with the Group CFO, Private Equity fund, and business leaders to shape investment theses.
• Oversee due diligence and valuation workstreams with external advisors.
• Ensure successful integration, synergy capture, and long-term value creation.
