A leading multinational company is seeking an experienced Logistics Senior Manager to lead and optimize its international logistics network across Europe and global markets.

The role reports to the Global Logistics Director and combines network design, transportation strategy, operational excellence, and people leadership to drive growth, improve service levels, and cost competitiveness. You will advance digital transformation and collaborate with global stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• Master's degree is an advantage.
• Fluent English and Spanish; German is a plus.
• Minimum 8 years in international logistics and 5 years in leadership.
• Experience in multinational or matrix organizations.
• Background in FMCG, retail, or high-volume logistics.
• Willingness to travel internationally (10–20%).

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute international transportation strategy aligned with objectives.
• Design scalable logistics networks across Europe and global markets.
• Lead international transport operations (road, sea, air, multimodal).
• Drive OTIF, cost optimization, and service level improvements.
• Lead tender processes, supplier evaluations, and contract negotiations.
• Drive digitalization, real-time visibility, and KPI dashboards.
• Manage budgets and foster a high-performance logistics culture.
