HBX Group in Spain is seeking an experienced Litigation Lawyer to lead complex disputes across jurisdictions. You will advise internal stakeholders on disputes, contracts, and risk, and coordinate with external counsel to ensure consistency, quality and cost control.

The role requires a proactive, data‑driven mindset and at least five years of civil and commercial litigation experience in an international environment. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Formación

• Qualified lawyer with at least 5+ years’ litigation experience in civil and commercial matters.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and coordination abilities.
• Interest in data-driven legal management (Excel/Power BI; AI tools).
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage complex litigation and dispute resolution matters across jurisdictions.
• Advise internal stakeholders on disputes, contracts, and risk exposure.
• Coordinate external counsel globally with focus on consistency, quality and cost control.
• Draft and review pleadings, claims, opinions, settlements; manage end-to-end case processes.
• Provide early-stage dispute assessments including breach analysis and recoverability.
• Drive evidence collection and collaboration with Finance, Operations and Commercial teams.
