Job summary

ROBINSON JANDIA PLAYA in Fuerteventura is seeking a Kitchen Butcher (m/f/d) for immediate start. You will prepare meat products for menus, buffets, and events, while ensuring quality and proper storage. You’ll be a friendly host, work as part of a team, and interact with guests with pride.

The role offers free room and board and opportunities to showcase your skills at live cooking demonstrations and themed buffets.

Qualifications

• Training as a butcher or chef.
• Team-oriented, independent and responsible work method.
• Readiness for work and ability to work in a team.
• Enjoyment of interacting with guests.
• Flexibility and willingness to live and work in a club for at least six consecutive months

Responsibilities

• Produce the meat products for menus, buffets, the ROBINSON snack line and for special events.
• Act as quality manager: create quality comparisons and formulate purchasing lists.
• Check incoming deliveries for quality and quantity and ensure proper storage.
• Engage with guests as a host and team player and welcome feedback.
