Cigna Healthcare is seeking an experienced Project Manager focused on IT Infrastructure to lead medium to large projects across Europe, MENA, India, and APAC. You will drive Agile adoption, coordinate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and PMO, and own data centre migration efforts where applicable.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive IT infrastructure experience, and the ability to navigate a matrixed organisation across multiple time zones.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years delivering IT infrastructure projects, with security focus.
• Experience leading across multiple time zones and regions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead IT infrastructure projects ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with quality.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and PMO on project activities.
• Develop financial plans with Portfolio Lead and Finance and manage budgets.
• Define scope and decompose into Jira tasks with assigned owners.
• Identify Roles & Responsibilities for project activities.
• Create and manage a robust delivery plan with milestones.
• Control scope to meet time, cost and quality commitments.
• Communicate status, risks and performance to stakeholders.
