Nufarm is seeking a Global IP Counsel to provide specialist in-house leadership on intellectual property and patent matters across its global operations. The successful candidate will shape and execute the company's global IP strategy, protecting innovation, supporting commercialisation, and managing third-party risks.

Key responsibilities include leading patent prosecution, managing global patent and trademark portfolios, overseeing litigation, and acting as a primary advisor on technology

Formación

• Graduate qualifications in law; admitted to practice in a relevant common law jurisdiction.
• Qualified as a Patent Attorney.
• Experience drafting and prosecuting patents; managing global portfolios.
• Science background in agriculture/pharma/life sciences is preferred.
