ROADIS is seeking an Internal Audit Manager at its Madrid headquarters to strengthen our control environment across geographies and business units. You will lead audit engagements, develop methodologies, and report to the Chief Audit Executive.

The role requires a degree in business/finance, professional certifications (CIA, CRMA, CISA) and 5–8 years in audit or risk advisory, with advanced English and multinational experience. A hybrid work model and international exposure are offered.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Law or a related field.
• CIA, CRMA, CISA certifications or equivalent highly valued.
• 5–8 years of relevant professional experience in Internal Audit, External Audit, Risk Advisory, Compliance, or related functions.
• Experience in risk assessment, internal control evaluation, and corporate governance frameworks.
• Advanced English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement the Annual Internal Audit Plan.
• Lead audit projects across the organization and coordinate teams.
• Prepare audit reports and present findings to Management and the Internal Audit Committee.
• Monitor the implementation and follow-up of corrective actions.
• Coordinate and maintain the Corporate Risk Map and insurance programs.
