Empresa Confidencial in Madrid seeks an Internal Auditor to strengthen the group’s internal audit function. You will design and continuously improve audit methodologies, plan and execute audits, and report findings to management with high autonomy. Travel to African country projects is expected.

Spanish native or fluent, advanced English required; French/Portuguese valued due to regional presence. CIA/CISA preferred but not mandatory.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related field.
• 5–8 years of internal audit, external audit, or risk management experience.
• Experience designing or implementing internal audit functions.

Responsabilidades

• Support development of audit methodologies, policies, and annual audit plan.
• Plan and execute financial, operational, and compliance audits with autonomy.
• Assess internal controls against COSO framework and local regulations.
• Prepare clear audit reports and update management on findings.
• Travel regularly to countries where the company operates.
