Adsearch is seeking a Financial Controller with 4–6 years of experience to join our Finance team. The role collaborates with the CFO and covers budgeting, cash flow, analysis and reporting in an international context.

Ideal candidates have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on approach, and are fluent in Spanish and English, with experience in infrastructure or similar international sectors. Based in Madrid area with flexible adaptation to an expanding business.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Admin, Finance or Accounting.
• 4–6 years of relevant professional experience.
• Big Four/audit exposure valued, especially international audits.
• Experience as Financial Controller in infrastructure or international environments.
• Strong reading and analysis of balance sheets, P&L, cash flows.
• Advanced Excel; Power BI and automation tools are a plus.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Analytical, structured, detail-oriented, proactive.

Responsabilidades

• Support annual budget and group forecasts.
• Perform budget vs actual analyses and explain deviations.
• Monitor cash flow forecasts and liquidity requirements.
• Review accounting data for accuracy and consistency.
• Analyze balance sheets, P&L and cash flows.
• Support monthly, quarterly and annual closes.
• Prepare financial statements and reports for the CFO.
• Coordinate audits with external accountants and tax advisors.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis for decisions.
• Improve internal controls, reporting processes and procedures.
• Contribute to automation and systems improvements.
• Assist CFO on financial projects.
