Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Head of Infrastructure Engineering to drive operational excellence, reliability, and scalability across global systems. You will own the global infrastructure, platform engineering, automation, and SRE strategy, delivering secure and scalable architectures.

• Own global infrastructure, platform engineering, automation, and SRE strategy.
• Design secure, scalable hybrid cloud and on-prem architectures.
• Lead regional expansion with repeatable deployment models.
• Drive IaC, GitOps, CI/CD, and self-service platforms.
• Own reliability, performance, capacity, security, and costs.
• Build and lead infrastructure, platform, and SRE teams.
• Review designs and guide incidents with engineers.
• Partner with Engineering, Security, Product, and Finance on infra investments.
