LifeStyles Healthcare in Madrid is seeking a Junior HR Coordinator with a recent postgraduate background or up to 6 months of experience. The role focuses on hands-on onboarding, data governance, and cross-country employee lifecycle support in a multi-country setup.

You will coordinate onboarding, manage documentation, and ensure consistency across HR and finance systems, while maintaining data accuracy and process standardization across 7–8 countries.

Formación

• Recent postgraduate (or up to 0.5 years of experience) with strong potential.
• Data-driven mindset and comfort with AI tools and technology.
• High learning agility and fast learner for multi-country HR processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ownership of coordination tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding logistics and Day 1 readiness across countries.
• Manage onboarding communications, documentation, and tracking of completion.
• Act as liaison for employee lifecycle changes across HR, Finance, and business stakeholders.
• Maintain high-quality employee data across HR and Finance systems and tools.
• Monitor onboarding/offboarding checklists and drive process standardization across countries.
