CrowdStrike Holdings, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Compliance professional to shape global policies and ensure lawful HR operations across regions. The role emphasizes hands-on employment law knowledge, data-driven insights, and collaboration with Legal and Privacy teams.

You will lead programs, monitor regulatory changes, and support government reporting while helping CrowdStrike grow responsibly in a dynamic, largely virtual team.

Formación

• The candidate must have 5+ years in human resources compliance or employment law.
• Experience leading large cross-functional projects is essential.
• Proven ability to audit data quality and improve HRIS processes.

Responsabilidades

• Operationalize adherence of HR programs to local employment laws.
• Act as program manager for multiple HR compliance initiatives.
• Support new country expansions and M&A integrations.
• Manage occupational health and safety requirements and audits.
• Draft and review employment policies and training materials.
• Coordinate reviews with Legal, Privacy, and policy teams.
