Alira Health is seeking a Senior Consultant in Global HEOR to lead engagements for Pharma, Diagnostics, and MedTech, delivering global and local cost-effectiveness and budget impact analyses. You will shape HEOR strategy and deliver actionable insights for clients across markets.

You will mentor junior team members, contribute to internal resources and external outputs such as abstracts and manuscripts, and help advance Alira Health’s HEOR offerings.

Formación

• 4–5 years of professional HEOR consulting or life sciences experience.
• Experience designing HTA-ready economic models (CEMs, BIMs).
• Strong knowledge of HTA submission processes (NICE, SMC, HAS, G-BA, CDA, etc.).
• Graduate degree in Life Sciences, Economics, Business, or Engineering.
• Proven project and people management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead project execution and ensure high-quality, timely deliverables.
• Coordinate client and stakeholder engagements, leading meetings and reports.
• Guide quantitative and qualitative analyses to support client issues and deliverables.
• Develop economic models and adapt global models to local contexts.
• Support business development and thought leadership activities.
• Coach and mentor Associates and Analysts.
