Oxford Quantum Circuits (OQC) is seeking a Head of Facilities Management to own the environments that enable our people and technology to thrive. Based at our Barcelona headquarters, you’ll lead FM across global sites and support future locations, driving safety, reliability and cost-effective operations.

• Significant experience managing a small to medium-sized Facilities Management function.
• Experience managing large operational contracts with supplier accountability.
• Strong ownership of operational and capital budgets.
• Experience conducting risk assessments and working with Health & Safety specialists.
• Experience managing operational OKRs and KPIs.
• Strong budget management, contract negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Confident leadership and communication, with ability to influence and coach.
• Relevant FM qualifications or degree.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Facilities Management across OQC's headquarters in Barcelona and commercial sites globally.
• Own facilities operations, maintenance, workplace standards and FM Health & Safety processes.
• Establish and manage FM budgets, supplier contracts and operating expenditure.
• Own facilities projects from definition through delivery, including timelines and resources.
• Manage property leases and forecasts, providing visibility of renewals and extensions.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Supply Chain, Legal, Engineering Operations) to align on priorities.
• Improve FM OKRs and KPIs using performance data as OQC expands globally.
