Job summary

DuPont is seeking a Regulatory Analyst - Hazard Communications in Spain. You will review regulatory data, classify hazards, and prepare SDSs and labels while leveraging SAP EH&S to ensure global compliance across product lines.

Applicants should have a chemistry/regulatory background, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a multinational environment. English proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Toxicology, Regulatory Science, or related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with SAP EH&S Product Safety and hazard classification.
• Proficient in English; excellent written and spoken communication.
• Ability to work independently and in global cross-functional teams.
• Experience with data management and regulatory compliance processes.

Responsibilities

• Support regulatory data review, analysis, validation, and maintenance to ensure accuracy of compliance information.
• Develop expertise in SAP EH&S, maintaining regulatory and product data.
• Execute classification and compliance rules for hazard assessment.
• Determine and maintain product hazard classifications and labeling requirements.
• Generate SDSs and product labels as needed.
• Analyze data and investigate compliance-related issues.
• Collaborate with global PS&R, regulatory, and business stakeholders to drive improvements.
• Respond to inquiries related to SDSs, labels, and hazard communication requirements.
