Arbortech Pty. Ltd is seeking a commercially driven and hands-on General Manager to lead its next phase of expansion.

Reporting to the CEO, the GM will drive business development, identify new opportunities and build strategic partnerships to support sustainable growth across markets. The role oversees operations and finances, manages budgeting and forecasting, and leads department heads across global functions.

Formación

• Significant experience (5+ years) in a senior management role
• Strong background in business development, ideally within a comparable business environment or market
• Experience selling through multiple channels, including distribution partners, retail and direct-to-consumer (D2C)
• Financial management, team leadership and operational management experience is desirable
• International business experience and/or experience in the manufacturing, tools or hardware industry is desirable
• Strong strategic, analytical and commercial negotiation skills
• A natural leader, comfortable driving change and adapting to a fast-paced environment
• A confident communicator comfortable working across multiple time zones and geographies (German language skills a plus)

Responsabilidades

• Drive business development activity, identifying new market opportunities, customer segments and distribution channels
• Build and strengthen relationships with distributors, retailers, OEM partners and key stakeholders
• Negotiate major commercial agreements and evaluate licensing and strategic partnership opportunities
• Pursue business development opportunities that translate into measurable revenue and profitability outcomes
• Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments
• Lead annual business planning, translating strategy into measurable objectives
• Drive continuous improvement and change initiatives to support business scalability
• Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting and margin management
• Provide leadership and direction to department heads and their teams
