Job summary

Sanofi in Barcelona seeks an experienced Digital Architect to lead architecture for Global Functions and drive enterprise solution design, ADR-driven decisions, and collaboration with CoEs, DD&O, and SMEs to ensure alignment with architectural standards across HR, Finance, Procurement and Legal.

The role requires strategic thinking, leadership in cross-functional teams, and a focus on scalable, integrated systems enabling technology transformation for the Global Functions domain.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in architecting solutions in Global/Corporate Functions.
• Experience across HR, Finance, Procurement, Supply chain, Legal, compliance, risk in Digital Transformation initiatives.
• Experience architecting scalable solutions and leading architecture governance.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, evaluate functional and technical requirements for Global Functions solutions and deliver Architecture blueprints and ADRs.
• Collaborate with Digital Delivery and Operations to align architecture with CoE strategies and manage technical debt reduction.
• Partner with CoEs and product teams to ensure cohesive system landscape supporting global and local needs.
• Stay up to date with Digital trends in Data, AI, GenAI, and apply innovative approaches to enhance system capabilities.
