Anthesis Group is hiring a Finance Data Analyst to join the global FP&A team. The role spans international offices, delivering financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis while driving automation and dashboards with Power Query, Excel, and coding where relevant.

You will partner with country teams, IT/BI, and business stakeholders to transform data into actionable insights, improve processes, and support sustainable performance goals.

Formación

• 3–5 years in finance transformation, FP&A or analytics.
• Strong Excel, data modelling and dashboard skills.
• Experience with Power Query and coding basics a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and deliver financial reports for multiple entities and currencies.
• Automate and improve FP&A processes and dashboards.
• Support forecasting, close and variance analysis with business partners.
• Collaborate with IT/BI to design data models and integrations.
• Ensure data governance, accuracy and traceability across systems.
