Job summary

TUI is seeking energetic fitness instructors for our hotels in Spain for the Summer 2027 season. You will deliver group fitness, sports, pool-based and wellbeing sessions such as Aqua, Yoga, Pilates and Functional Training, adapting to guests’ needs and abilities.

You will ensure safety, perform checks and follow health and safety rules while building rapport with guests and promoting paid experiences where qualified. Fluent English is required, with additional languages a bonus.

Qualifications

• Ability to deliver group fitness sessions across multiple formats (Aqua, Yoga, Pilates, Functional Training).
• Strong communication and motivational skills to engage guests.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to health and safety standards.
• Flexible, proactive and collaborative approach with a positive guest experience mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a varied programme of group fitness, sports, pool-based and wellbeing sessions (Aqua, Yoga, Pilates, Functional Training).
• Adapt sessions to guests’ needs, abilities and experience levels to promote inclusion and participation.
• Maintain safety by completing required checks and following procedures and risk assessments.
• Build positive relationships with guests, promote the programme and encourage participation across the hotel.
• Coordinate with hotel teams and support paid experiences where qualified.
