We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to oversee and manage financial operations, focusing on banking relationships and treasury management, coordinating with our international partners and management team for accurate reporting and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Experience in financial controlling, treasury management, or banking operations.
• Fluent English written and spoken is mandatory.
• Experience handling international bank transfers.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial tools.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and professional discretion.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage banking relationships with national and international institutions.
• Monitor and validate international financial transfers with proper documentation.
• Oversee treasury operations: cash flow, liquidity forecasts, bank accounts.
• Perform bank reconciliations and identify discrepancies.
• Coordinate with international partners' financial teams.
• Prepare financial reports to support management decisions.
• Ensure internal controls and compliance with banking regulations.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial controls and processes.
