Michael Page partners with a leading international logistics and supply chain provider in Barcelona to appoint a Finance Process & Systems Manager. You will lead finance process transformation and Oracle ERP integrations to optimise data flows across international operations.

Reporting to the Finance Leadership Team, you will drive standardised procedures, ensure accurate reporting, and support global finance projects.

Formación

• Experience driving finance process transformation across functions.
• Experience with ERP integrations and data quality.

Responsabilidades

• Analyse, document and improve end-to-end finance processes, including Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay and Record-to-Report.
• Ensure financial reporting requirements are embedded in finance processes and supporting systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial data quality, consistency and reporting accuracy.
• Support the development and implementation of standardised finance procedures across international operations.
• Collaborate with Finance and IT teams to manage integrations between operational platforms and ERP systems.
• Ensure accurate transfer of operational transactions into financial reporting and consolidation environments.
• Monitor data integrity and perform reconciliations between systems.
• Define finance requirements for system integrations, master data structures and reporting frameworks.
• Support Oracle ERP implementation, stabilisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in workshops and transformation projects related to finance systems and process design.
• Perform detailed financial data analysis to identify discrepancies, control weaknesses and process improvement opportunities.
• Support internal control frameworks and governance over financial data and reporting processes.
• Act as a key liaison between Finance and Technology teams to ensure business requirements are effectively translated into technical solutions.
