Job summary

Allianz Technology seeks an International Finance BI and Data Architecture Lead to drive transformation of finance reporting globally. You will manage a cross-functional team and build a scalable analytics ecosystem powered by Power BI, Azure Data Lakes, SAP, SAC, and AI.

You will bridge the BI Centre of Excellence with Regional and Commercial Finance, delivering governance, standardization, and predictive analytics across multiple countries in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience hiring, building, and managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI Desktop & Service, semantic models, DAX, and deployment pipelines.
• Experience with data lake/cloud platforms (ADLS Gen2, Delta Lake) and governance by design.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional team across data eng, BI, product ownership and change mgmt.
• Harmonize finance reporting across entities with global KPIs and standardized BI workspaces.
• Oversee finance data layer design and SAP extraction pipelines with security and GDPR compliance.
• Pilot AI/ML use cases in international finance with EU AI Act compliance.
• Drive adoption of Power Platform and SAC to extend reporting into planning and forecasting.
• Lead end-to-end BI transformation projects across multiple countries.
